Are Vegetables important for body or Meat ?

Factually speaking, it is commonly accepted that food is basic requirement after air to live. No-one can live alive without eating meal reguraly on daily basis. It is the second most necessary thing for body to survive. It is of different kinds like vegetables, fruits ,cereals , grains , meat, etc. Usually people like to eat vegetables and meat world-wide. They both are equally necessary for our body's growth & to become healthy. There are several types of vegetables available for us on Earth i.e potato , onion, carrot , cabbage & much more.

Similarly, if we take about meat , it is of different types as-well, i.e chicken, mutton, beef, fish , etc. Every single kind of vegetable and meat has their own benefits and role in nourishment of human's body.

Firstly, in perspective of one type of thoughts of people, meat  is not necessary for human body.Meat has several side-effects on body. It makes body unfit by different ways. It makes a person bulky which disturbs their physical physique. So, such thoughts of people only eat grains & vegetables. According to them , meat is not less than any other poisonous thing. It is just seems to be an atom bomb of calories. Various diseases happen just because of meat. To make their philosophy strong, they said that fresh vegetables are enough for body's growth because vegetables provide every basic nutrient which our body demands to grow-up and to become healthy & fit.
Now, in the presence of the discussion, it would be bit easy to interpret the matter in a suitable manner, this prospect of the topic is of such significance that it basically explores different other dimensions of the material under our critical analysis on a large scale. In the same way, according to the advocates of different

thoughts , it would be equally appropriate to explain another possible side to oppose such kind of philosophies , they said that meat is also as important for body as vegetables & grains are. It provides such essential nutrients to our body which our body don't produce, inspite of this ,that they are very important , even such types of nutrients don't find in vegetables. Moreover, they claim that only that people oppose meat who are already suffering from diseases. So, obvoiusly meat is not good for such kind of people, because by eating meat their cholestrol level , blood pressure & uric acid in the body become disorgnize . Only such people declared meat not necessary for body. 
Now, concluding all submissions, we can say that meat is as important for body as any other kind of meal. It is important to make our body's muscle strong. Deficiency of nutrients present in meat is also not good for body. So, we should eat meat but in a certain limit.
